The Incubator House was the site for the farm's incubators when it was one of the North West's leading poultry farms.
It is a stand alone building adjacent to the car park for easy access and loading.

The Old Dairy is the end of the cattle byre that was used as a dairy collecting the milk for daily collection from the wooden milk stand outside.
